Vietnamese companies announce dividend schedules and payouts

Several Vietnamese companies have announced upcoming dividend payments and stock issuance plans for late 2026 and early 2027.

VCP Construction and Energy JSC will pay a cash dividend of 900 VND per share on November 6, 2026. Tan Binh Real Estate JSC is scheduled to pay 350 VND per share on November 27, 2026, while Dong Son Holdings will issue stock dividends at a ratio of 100:12 on November 28, 2026. Other scheduled cash dividends include Song Da Corporation at 1,200 VND per share and Gia Lai Hydropower at 2,000 VND per share, both in mid-November 2026. Additionally, BAF Vietnam Agriculture will implement a rights offering at 15,000 VND per share.

Hua Na Hydropower JSC has approved a 16% cash dividend for 2025, amounting to 1,600 VND per share. The company expects to distribute approximately 376.4 billion VND, with the final registration date set for January 20, 2027. PV Power, which holds an 80.71% stake in Hua Na Hydropower, is projected to receive nearly 303.8 billion VND from this payout.
