Vietnamese contestants excel in Miss Equality World and Miss World 2026

Vietnamese beauty pageant contestants have achieved notable success in international competitions. At the Miss Equality World 2026 finals held in Bangkok, Thailand, Vi Ái Giang secured the 2nd runner-up title. The winner of the pageant was Jamie Casiño from the Philippines, while the 1st runner-up represented Mexico.

In a separate competition, Lê Nguyễn Bảo Ngọc has advanced directly to the top 40 of Miss World 2026. After winning the Top Model segment for the Asia-Pacific region, she has become a prominent figure in the competition, which is being hosted in Vietnam. Her performance has included success in the talent segment and the Head to Head Challenge, where she focused on climate change advocacy.
