Vietnamese enterprises urged to leverage technology and green innovation

At the InnoEx 2026 Innovation Forum, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Hoang Minh emphasized that Vietnamese enterprises must transform science, technology, and innovation into tangible competitive advantages. He noted that the new race for businesses involves not just accessing technology, but the ability to convert it into products, market presence, and industrial-scale production capabilities.

Parallel to these technological goals, the Green Innovation Summit 2026, held within the InnoEx framework, addressed the necessity of the green transition. The summit explored how shifting international standards, supply chain requirements, and green finance can be leveraged. Rather than viewing environmental compliance as a mere cost or pressure, the event encouraged businesses to view green innovation as a strategic driver for long-term competitive advantage in a changing global landscape.
