Vietnamese entertainer Sam has addressed rumors regarding the value of her luxury apartment in central Ho Chi Minh City. While previous reports suggested the property was worth 90 billion VND, Sam clarified that this figure originated from a joke made by her colleague, Ngô Kiến Huy.

Sam, who has worked as an MC, actress, and entrepreneur since 2008, shared glimpses of her modern, white-themed living space on social media. The apartment features a spacious living area designed to accommodate her twin children, a black-themed kitchen, and minimalist bedrooms.
