Hiền Thục, a 45‑year‑old Vietnamese pop singer and single mother, attracted attention after sharing photos from a recent trip to London. In the images she wears a red sweater and jeans, and observers praised her “youthful” and “fresh” look, noting her slim figure and radiant complexion.

The singer, who began her career as a child and is known for hits such as “Nhật ký của mẹ,” said she spends three to four hours daily on skincare, exercise and a healthy diet, and stresses that optimism and a positive lifestyle are key to maintaining her appearance. Thục also highlighted her role as a mother to her daughter Gia Bảo, whom she raised alone from age 21.
