Vietnamese Provincial Leaders Demand Faster Administration and Clearer Responsibility

In Lam Dong province, Party Secretary Y Thanh Ha Niê Kđăm urged local officials to shorten administrative procedures, accelerate digitisation of records and resolve land‑clearance bottlenecks. He highlighted that 111 investment projects have been cleared of land‑related issues, 525 social‑housing units are completed and over 1,400 more are under construction, while noting shortages of specialised staff and delays in investment disbursement.

In Da Nẵng, Party Secretary Lê Ngọc Quang stressed the need to prevent responsibility‑evading behaviour, calling for clear accountability of agencies and individuals. He linked efficient implementation of resolutions to the city’s goal of achieving more than 11% economic growth by 2026 and developing an international financial centre, emphasizing data‑driven governance, digital transformation and swift handling of strategic issues such as finance, technology, logistics and coastal development.
