Vietnamese residential projects complete apartment handovers and legal certifications

Several residential projects in Vietnam have reached significant milestones regarding property handovers and legal ownership certification.

At the Yen Binh Complex, the Yen Binh Urban Development Company held a ceremony on August 16 to distribute ownership certificates to the first residents. The legal documentation was completed within two months of the initial apartment handover in June 2026. INDOCHINE Real Estate Joint Stock Company, the project developer and distributor, noted that the rapid processing of these certificates demonstrates the developer's financial capacity and commitment to legal compliance.

Similarly, the Conic Boulevard project in Ho Chi Minh City has commenced the handover of apartments in Block A as of August 1, 2026. This follows the successful completion of specialized inspections, including fire safety approval from the Ho Chi Minh City Police and construction completion approval from the Department of Construction. Additionally, ownership certificates for residents in Block B have already been distributed, following coordination between Conic and state management agencies to finalize the project's legal framework.
