Vietnamese singer Chi Pu to appear at Weibo Gala 2026 in Malaysia

Vietnamese pop star Chi Pu has confirmed she will attend the Weibo Gala 2026 – also called the Weibo Cultural Communication Night – scheduled for 1 August in Malaysia. She is the first Vietnamese artist invited to the event, which gathers prominent celebrities and cultural figures from across the region.

The invitation follows more than two years of Chi Pu’s activities in the Chinese market, where she has appeared on multiple TV shows, fashion events and music programmes. Chinese media outlets have praised her appearance, with some describing her as the top Vietnamese beauty and noting she has attracted significant attention from Chinese audiences.
