Vietnamese Singer Lâm Hùng Drops Real‑Estate Business to Relaunch Music Career in Ho Chi Minh City

Vietnamese pop singer Lâm Hùng revealed that mounting debt from his forays into real‑estate, furniture and other businesses forced him to abandon those ventures. He returned to Ho Chi Minh City and taught himself new production technology, investing heavily in recording, music videos and a rapid output of new material.

He says the turnaround required him to work ten times harder than before, and he now boasts a catalog of hundreds of songs spanning ballads, bolero, folk and remixes. While embracing innovation, he stresses preserving his artistic identity and cites the support of his audience as the driving force behind his renewed focus on music.
