Vietnamese singer Mạnh Quỳnh talks wealth equality and a fan’s forced kiss on The Khang Show

During an appearance on The Khang Show, Vietnamese bolero singer Mạnh Quỳnh said he feels it is unfair that the wealthy are often overlooked, stating “I see it is not fair for the rich.” He explained his plan to record a song titled “Giàu” to share the sorrows of the affluent, adding that he wants to convey the hidden hardships of wealthy people.

Quỳnh also recounted a recent incident in which a fan forcibly kissed him on stage, describing how he was left with a bright red lipstick mark on his face. He framed the episode as a sign of the fan’s overwhelming admiration, saying the kiss was “the happiest moment for an artist like me.” The interview also covered his daily routine in the United States, including household chores and his opinions on performing newer, younger‑style songs versus his classic bolero repertoire.
