Vietnamese traffic police provide emergency escorts for accident victims

Traffic police units in Vietnam's Quang Ngai and Gia Lai provinces have provided emergency escorts to assist accident victims in reaching medical facilities quickly.

In Quang Ngai, officers from the Ngoc Hoi Traffic Police Station used a specialized vehicle to clear a path for a victim of a severe occupational accident. Due to the dangerous, winding mountain terrain and the long distance to a major hospital, officers coordinated to transport the victim to the Dak Glei Regional General Hospital, where medical intervention successfully stabilized the patient.

In Gia Lai, a patrol team on National Highway 19 used sirens and priority signals to escort a vehicle carrying a man with a severe facial injury and a severed tongue. The police cleared the way for the vehicle to reach the Gia Lai General Hospital. The patient received urgent care and is reported to be in stable condition.
