Vietnamese youth engage in cultural preservation and sustainable agriculture
In Vietnam, young people are expressing patriotism through community projects and cultural preservation. The ‘Fandom Yêu Nước 2026’ project recently drew crowds to Nguyen Hue walking street, featuring fan-led art projects and music-themed activities designed to connect youth with national pride.
Simultaneously, corporate initiatives like the NESCAFÉ Plan are supporting the agricultural sector. Since 2011, Nestlé Vietnam has worked in the Central Highlands provinces of Dak Lak, Lam Dong, Dak Nong, and Gia Lai to revitalize old coffee plantations. The program has supported over 23,000 farming households and distributed more than 100 million disease-resistant seedlings, helping to replant approximately 86,000 hectares of coffee.
On an individual level, figures such as Miss Celebrity International 2025 Trần Trân Mỹ Linh are using digital media to promote Vietnamese history. Through her series ‘Check-in… cùng M. Linh’, she documents historical sites and cultural landmarks in Ho Chi Minh City to engage younger generations with their heritage through modern storytelling.
