Vietnam and Laos strengthen youth cooperation in Luang Prabang

Youth organizations from Vietnam and Laos held a seminar in Luang Prabang to strengthen bilateral cooperation, focusing on employment, professional training, and entrepreneurship.

The Vietnam Youth Union and the local branch of the Revolutionary Youth Union of Laos discussed exchanging experiences in digital skills, technology, and artificial intelligence. Representatives proposed establishing a network for young entrepreneurs and organizing joint training courses to promote products created by youth in both nations.

Nguyen Duy Hung of the Vietnam Youth Union emphasized that modern youth require more than just job placement; they need access to capital, expertise, and market information to adapt to changing labor markets. The initiative aims to foster socio-economic development through shared responsibility and innovation.
