The Central Inspection Commission has proposed disciplinary action against Sử Ngọc Anh, the former Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Planning and Investment. The commission reported that Sử Ngọc Anh suffered from political and moral degradation and violated both Party and State regulations, causing serious consequences and damaging the reputation of local authorities and the Party organization.

During its 14th meeting, chaired by Trần Sỹ Thanh, the Commission also reviewed the performance of several organizations. The Party Committee of the Ministry of Finance was found to have shortcomings in leadership and the implementation of Party resolutions and state budget projects. Similarly, the Party Committee of the State Audit Office was identified as having deficiencies in leadership, personnel organization, and asset declaration processes.
