Vietnam's Central Youth Union Council launches X term

The Central Youth Union Council held its first conference of the X term in Hanoi to address the evolving needs of children in the digital era. Bùi Quang Huy, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, emphasized that the Council must innovate its thinking and methods to place children at the center of all decisions and activities.

The conference introduced 37 new members to the Council, representing diverse fields such as healthcare, education, culture, journalism, and law, to strengthen the protection of children's rights and voices. The leadership highlighted the need to balance core values with modernized educational content to better support youth facing new complexities in a digital world.
