Vietnam's diplomatic outreach seeks global resources for national development

At the 33rd Foreign Affairs Conference in Paris, Ambassador Trịnh Đức Hải said Vietnam’s foreign policy must act as a bridge to mobilise international resources, especially in science, technology, education and innovation, to support the country’s new development phase.

Ambassadors in Kuwait, China and Tanzania highlighted similar efforts: promoting Vietnamese agriculture, cuisine and culture, expanding trade and investment, fostering people‑to‑people ties, and linking universities and research institutes to build a lasting network of friends for Vietnam’s long‑term growth.
