Infinity Sea in Vietnam draws international attention

Australian social media personality Ethan Kelly has highlighted Vietnam's "Infinity Sea" as one of the most surreal locations in the world. The site consists of nearly 2,000 hectares of tidal flats located in the Quang Lang and Thuy Xuan areas, spanning parts of Thai Binh and Hung Yen provinces.

The phenomenon occurs when the tide recedes, leaving a thin layer of water on the flat, expansive surface of the tidal flats. Under clear skies and light winds, this water acts as a massive mirror, reflecting the sky and blurring the horizon between the heavens and the earth. The visual effect is most prominent during sunrise, typically between 4:30 AM and 6:00 AM.

While visually stunning, visiting the site requires significant effort. Travelers often wake up as early as 3:00 AM and must travel several kilometers across the mudflats using specialized tracked vehicles to reach optimal viewing spots.
