World Cup 2026 fuels product launches, snack demand and record FIFA earnings

UGREEN introduced the FineTrack 2 Bluetooth tracker in Vietnam, a soccer‑ball‑shaped accessory priced at about 300,000 VND, roughly half the cost of Apple’s AirTag.

Vietnamese consumers are also driving a surge in snack sales as the tournament prompts more home‑viewing. Companies such as Ăn Cùng Bà Tuyết report a sharp rise in orders for items like chicken feet, nuts and seaweed, prompting investments in ISO‑22000 food‑safety systems and product‑liability insurance.

FIFA projects record revenue for the 2023‑2026 cycle, targeting US$13 billion, boosted by the expanded 48‑team format that will add dozens of matches in the United States, Canada and Mexico. About US$8.9 billion is expected from the 2026 tournament alone.

The World Cup also highlighted the massive personal fortunes of its star players: Kylian Mbappé is estimated at US$250 million, Erling Haaland and Jude Bellingham each around US$100 million, and 18‑year‑old Lamine Yamal about US$43 million, derived from club contracts, endorsements and diversified investments.
