Vietnam's top 10 retail and distribution firms contribute 13 trillion VND
In 2025, the top 10 distribution and retail enterprises in Vietnam contributed nearly 13,000 billion VND to the national budget. While the total contribution from these top 10 firms decreased by approximately 14.8% compared to 2024, the majority of individual companies within the group saw increases in their tax contributions.
Apple Vietnam led the group with roughly 3,000 billion VND, which was three times its previous year's contribution. Satra followed in second place with over 2,600 billion VND. PNJ and Mobile World Group (MWG) also ranked highly, both contributing over 2,000 billion VND.
Among private enterprises, FPT Retail demonstrated the most significant growth with a 138% increase. Other notable increases were seen in Mobile World Group (58.5%), Digiworld (51%), Petrosetco (46%), and Sasco (30%). The seven largest private sector players in this category contributed a combined total of over 6,800 billion VND, marking a 19.4% increase from the previous year.
