Vietnam's Tourism Sector Accelerates Digital Ticketing and Rebrands Services
Vietnam's cultural attractions are moving toward digital experiences. The Temple of Literature in Hanoi will begin selling tickets directly on its website in October and install on‑site automatic ticket machines, eliminating the need for a separate travel app, said Director Lê Xuân Kiêu. The Vietnam Fine Arts Museum is also adding 3D visualisations and short videos of folk art, such as UNESCO‑listed Đông Hồ paintings, to its digital offerings.
Sun Group’s new Sun Signature card links travel, hospitality, entertainment and health services into a single ecosystem, allowing members to earn benefits across flights, luxury resorts and Michelin‑starred dining. The program is partnered with NCB and Visa, whose Vietnam and Laos director Đặng Tuyết Dung noted the card’s focus on experiential rewards rather than purely financial ones.
Meanwhile, travel agency Hoàn Mỹ, after nearly three decades, has launched a fresh brand identity. A new circular logo combines the letters H and M with a bird motif pointing toward the sun, and the slogan “Hoàn mỹ trong từng trải nghiệm” (Perfect in Every Experience) replaces its former tagline. The agency is expanding its tour portfolio beyond the United States to include destinations across Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa, emphasizing personalized, high‑quality experiences guided by five core values.
