Viettel Group breaks ground on 104 billion VND building in Dien Bien

Viettel Group has officially commenced construction of the Viettel Dien Bien building in Dien Bien Province. The project represents a total investment of over 104 billion VND and covers an area of more than 2,400 square meters.

The planned structure will consist of nine floors and a technical penthouse, reaching a height of over 40 meters with a total floor area of approximately 3,900 square meters. The facility is intended to serve as a central hub for Viettel Dien Bien and its member units, integrating office spaces, a transaction center, customer care services, and retail areas.

According to local authorities, the project is expected to enhance digital service capabilities in the region and provide a space for technological innovation and connectivity between government agencies, businesses, and educational institutions. The project is scheduled for completion and handover in the fourth quarter of 2027.
