Viettel Tammi reaches 20 million users within three months
Viettel Group has announced that its digital communication and utility platform, Viettel Tammi, has surpassed 20 million users less than three months after its official launch. The application has consistently ranked among the top free downloads on both the App Store and Google Play in Vietnam.
Data indicates the platform is expanding beyond the Viettel subscriber base, with approximately 10% of users utilizing services from other providers such as VinaPhone and MobiFone. In October, the platform recorded a daily active user to monthly active user (DAU/MAU) ratio of nearly 30%.
To drive growth, Viettel offers specific incentives to its subscribers, including zero-rated mobile data for app usage, 5GB of free storage on Viettel Cloud, and online meeting capabilities for up to 100 participants. The platform integrates AI assistants, end-to-end encryption (E2EE), and identity authentication via VNeID to enhance security and combat online fraud.
