Viettel to replace My Viettel app with new Tammi super app

Viettel has announced that its My Viettel application will cease operations on October 1, 2026. The company's telecommunications management and digital utility systems will be migrated to a new platform called Viettel Tammi.

Viettel Tammi is designed as an all-in-one super app, integrating core telecommunications features with an expanded digital ecosystem. Through a single account, users can manage mobile numbers, fixed internet connections, and television services. The platform will include features such as bill payments, Tammi Cloud data storage, and nearly 50 services across 10 sectors, including travel, shopping, education, and healthcare.

The new platform will utilize AI Agents to act as an intelligent coordination center, allowing for data synchronization and personalized user experiences. To facilitate the transition, customers are encouraged to download the Viettel Tammi app via the App Store or Google Play. Upon logging in with an active Viettel phone number and OTP verification, subscriber information, account balances, and existing services will automatically synchronize to the new system.
