ViewSonic and Epson launch new 4K laser projectors

ViewSonic and Epson have expanded their projector offerings with new 4K laser models targeting professional, gaming, and home cinema markets.

ViewSonic has released the LSD500-4K business laser projector. Designed for professional use and golf simulations, it features a dedicated golf mode that enhances green and blue colors for authenticity. The device offers 5000 ANSI lumens of brightness, 4K-UHD upscaling, and is rated for 24/7 operation. It is currently available through German online retailers with prices starting around 2,468 euros.

Epson has launched three new 4K HDR laser projectors for home cinema: the LS5000, LS6000, and LS7500. These models utilize 3-Chip 3LCD technology to minimize the rainbow effect. The LS7500 features a short-throw lens for smaller spaces, while the LS5000 and LS6000 include manual lens shift. Priced between $1,999.99 and $2,699.99, these models are designed to be more accessible than Epson’s flagship LS11000. The LS5000 and LS6000 support 4K HDR at 120Hz with low input lag, making them suitable for gaming.
