ViewSonic VG1457 portable dual-screen monitor review

The ViewSonic VG1457 is a portable dual-screen monitor priced at $349.99. It features two 14-inch IPS panels connected by hinges, allowing for various configurations including vertical stacking, portrait mode, or a presentation mode where one screen faces the presenter and the other faces the audience.

Each screen has a resolution of 1,920 by 1,200 pixels with a 16:10 aspect ratio. While the design is versatile and supported by an adjustable kickstand and three USB-C ports, the device is noted for limited brightness and color coverage. These factors make it more suitable for office documents and web browsing rather than high-end photo editing or media consumption. It serves as a more affordable alternative to the HP Series 5 Pro.
