Vigil Season 3 to premiere on Sky and NOW

The investigative thriller series Vigil returns for its third season, debuting on October 18 on Sky and streaming via NOW. The new season consists of six episodes, with two episodes airing weekly until November 1.

Set in the remote Arctic and Svalbard, the plot follows detectives Amy Silva and Kirsten Longacre as they investigate the murder of a member of a secret British special forces mission at a research station. The investigation evolves into an international matter involving geopolitical interests, energy security, and competition between nations for control of Arctic resources amidst polar climate change.

The season also explores the personal lives of the protagonists, who are now married with two children, as they navigate professional responsibilities and the balance between career and family.
