Vigo and Vilar de Santos prepare for Samaín and local festivities

The Vigo-based band Broken Peach has released a new music video for Halloween, featuring a cover of Michael Jackson’s ‘Thriller’. The production utilizes a horror aesthetic, incorporating glam rock elements, theatrical makeup, and visual themes such as half-human, half-skeleton faces.

In Vilar de Santos, local authorities are organizing Samaín celebrations, described as a family adventure where ancient legends come to life. The event is scheduled to begin at the local cemetery near the Saa village. Additionally, the municipality has announced upcoming Magosto celebrations for November 8 at Parada de Outeiro.

On the economic front, the Vilar de Santos council has presented Plot 1 of the Santa Marta Business Park. The urbanized plot covers nearly 21,000 square meters and is available for new businesses or expansions.
