Vigo City Council announces 75 new jobs via Vigo Emprega 2026

The Vigo City Council has announced the Vigo Emprega 2026 program, allocating 1.4 million euros to create 75 temporary job positions. The initiative aims to improve professional training and skills for unemployed residents registered in Vigo.

The temporary contracts, which last a maximum of nine months, will support municipal works and urban improvement projects. Gross salaries for these roles will range between 1,584 and 1,860 euros. The available positions include various technical and manual roles, such as construction foremen, masonry officials, electricians, plumbers, gardeners, and administrative assistants.
