Vigo to host Entre Pontes Trail & Running event in October
The Entre Pontes Trail & Running circuit is hosting its second event in Vigo on October 12. The competition aims to promote the region's forest wealth through various athletic activities.
Participants can choose from three different options: a 14-kilometer trail, a 4.6-kilometer accessible family walk, and 2.9-kilometer races for children. The event will be held at the Beade Forest Park, featuring a social area with food trucks to foster a festive atmosphere. Registration for the event is free, and participants will receive an official technical shirt.
Local officials, including Luisa Sánchez, Vice President of the Deputación de Pontevedra, highlighted the importance of using sport to connect with and value the local natural environment.
