Viih Tube and Ex‑BBB Eliezer Sign Labor Deal, End Reality Show

Brazilian influencers Viih Tube and her husband Eliezer, a former contestant on Big Brother Brazil, signed a Term of Adjusted Conduct (TAC) with the Ministério Público do Trabalho. The agreement obliges them to cease production of the reality show "As Patrohas," which featured their domestic workers, and to remove all related videos from the internet within 48 hours. They must also pay R$350,000 in collective moral damages to the Fundo de Defesa dos Direitos Difusos and publish three educational videos on domestic workers' rights. Violations would trigger fines of R$50,000 per clause and R$5,000 per affected worker.

Viih Tube previously defended a video on employee rights, stating it was created under the TAC and approved by the ministry. Labor lawyer Rogeana França emphasized that employee consent is limited by subordination and that the use of workers' images must respect dignity, citing relevant provisions of the CLT and the Brazilian Constitution.
