Viih Tube reduces price of luxury São Paulo property

Influencer Viih Tube has reduced the asking price for her luxury apartment in the Panamby neighborhood of São Paulo by R$ 1.5 million. Originally listed at R$ 4.5 million, the property is now priced at R$ 3 million.

Tube stated on social media that the price reduction was necessary because the initial valuation was above the local market rate. She noted that the adjustment would result in a loss of approximately R$ 1.08 million compared to her total investment in the purchase and high-end renovations, which included expensive materials like marble.

In separate social media updates, the influencer also discussed her physical transformation, noting that her recent weight loss was motivated by a desire to improve her health and quality of life for her two children, Lua and Ravi.
