Vijayawada woman dies after falling into boiling sambar pot

A 46-year-old woman named Sujatha died following a tragic accident during festival preparations in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. The incident occurred on a Sunday morning while food was being prepared for an Annadhanam event held in honor of Ganesh Chaturthi.

According to reports, Sujatha was assisting with the movement of large containers of boiling sambar. She reportedly lost her balance and fell into one of the large pots. Although bystanders immediately rescued her and rushed her to a hospital, she succumbed to severe burns the following morning.
