Vijay's final film Jana Nayagan to stream on ZEE5

The film Jana Nayagan, marking the final acting project of superstar Vijay, is scheduled to premiere on the streaming platform ZEE5 on August 21, 2026. Directed by H Vinoth, the Tamil political action drama follows Vijay’s transition from cinema to a full-time political career, having recently assumed the position of Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu following the April 2026 state assembly elections.

Following its theatrical release on July 23, the film has achieved significant commercial success, grossing approximately Rs 227.14 crores in India and Rs 320.34 crores worldwide. The cast includes Pooja Hegde, Bobby Deol, Mamitha Baiju, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Priyamani, and Nizhalgal Ravi, with music composed by Anirudh.
