The house, built in 1939 with a living area of 190 square meters, was purchased by Anna Ulrika Höglund and Nils Tomas Nilsson from seller Kerstin Birgitta Ljung.
In the broader Rättvik municipality, the most expensive sale this year occurred in May at Backängsvägen 8 for 5,195,000 SEK. Data from Svensk Mäklarstatistik indicates that villa prices in Rättvik have remained largely stagnant over the last three months, though prices in the county have risen by 4.2 percent during the same period. In Vikarbyn, 27 homes have been sold over the past twelve months, with an average price of 16,826 SEK per square meter.
