Viking cruise line adds Zeppelin river tours and launches 2027‑29 World Voyage collection

Viking has introduced new European river‑cruise experiences, including Zeppelin airship excursions over the Ruhr Valley and Cologne for select Rhine itineraries. The cruise line also expanded its shore‑excursion program with offerings such as a dinner at Austria’s Nikolaihof Winery, a guided walk in Dürnstein, and a market visit and cooking class in Belgrade, plus new land‑extension options that let guests spend additional time in Europe before or after their voyages.

In parallel, Viking unveiled its 2027‑29 World Voyage Collection, featuring a redesigned digital brochure for agents and travelers. The flagship 142‑day World Cruise aboard Viking Vesta will sail from Fort Lauderdale to London, covering six continents, 31 countries and up to 45 UNESCO World Heritage sites. Three additional voyages – two longer World Voyages and a shorter World Discoveries itinerary – round out the program.
