Vikki Digital Bank integrates financial services into community lifestyle

Vikki Digital Bank is implementing a new model for digital banking that integrates financial services into daily life through a multi-utility ecosystem. A key initiative is the “Digital Citizen Station” project, which aims to expand in Ho Chi Minh City by September 2026. These stations will provide 24/7 automated services, allowing citizens to open accounts, deposit or withdraw money, and pay administrative, medical, or tuition fees.

The bank is also redefining physical banking spaces through its “Financial Rendezvous - Cafe in Bank” concept. This model combines modern technology with community-focused spaces, such as Vikkafé, to create environments for connection and relaxation rather than just transactions. This design approach was recognized at the 2026 Asia Architecture Design Awards (AADA).
