Nic Pozoglou signs with Greek club Vikos Falcons

The basketball club Vikos Falcons based in Ioannina announced the signing of 29‑year‑old Greek‑Australian forward Nic Pozoglou. Born in Sydney and standing 1.97 m, Pozoglou was a NBL champion with the Perth Wildcats in 2020 and earned MVP and Best Defender honours in the NBL1 West in 2021.

In Greece he debuted with Koroivos Amaliadas in the 2023‑24 season, averaging 7.9 points and 8.2 rebounds. He then moved to AO Mykonos for 2024‑25, helping the team win the Elite League title and secure promotion to the GBL. In the 2025‑26 season he led NE Megarida with 16.0 points, 7.4 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 2.6 steals per game. The addition gives the Falcons added power, athleticism and defensive toughness as they enter their maiden GBL campaign. The club wishes him health, strength and success for the upcoming season.
