Viktor Verhulst clarifies café plans with father Gert Verhulst

Viktor Verhulst has addressed the high volume of public reactions regarding plans to open a café with his father, Gert Verhulst. Following discussions on their podcast, Vik & Gert, expectations grew rapidly among the public, leading Verhulst to clarify the project's current status during a radio interview on Radio 2.

Verhulst noted that the project has been “completely blown up” in terms of public perception. He emphasized that the venture is still in its early stages and that they do not yet have the necessary permits. Furthermore, he clarified that while they are involved in the project, they will not be personally operating the café on a daily basis.
