Viktória Chladoňová wins bronze at European Cycling Championships

Slovak cyclist Viktória Chladoňová won the bronze medal in the women's under-23 road race at the European Championships in Slovenia. The 88.4 km race, which featured the Možjanca climb, concluded with a sprint from a leading group of four.

Swiss rider Mara Winterová took the gold medal, followed by the Netherlands' Nienke Vinkeová in second place. Chladoňová, the reigning world champion in this category, secured her podium finish after managing her position through several climbs and resisting attacks from other competitors.

Other Slovak participants included Sofia Ungerová, who finished in 14th place, and Nina Andacká, who finished 18th. Both finished 1 minute and 42 seconds behind the winner.
