Vila Franca de Xira elects new CPCJ president

Edgar Ruivo has been elected president of the Child and Youth Protection Commission (CPCJ) of Vila Franca de Xira for the 2026–2029 term.

On September 9, the municipal president, Fernando Paulo Ferreira, visited the new team to discuss the challenges of protecting children and young people within the municipality. The visit also included an assessment of recent municipal investments made to improve the commission's facilities.
