Vila Nova de Cerveira hosts XXIV International Art Biennial

The XXIV International Art Biennial of Cerveira is currently open in Vila Nova de Cerveira, running until December 30. Under the theme ‘Territories without Borders,’ the event explores geographic, political, and social boundaries through contemporary art.

The program includes the Transbordo cycle, featuring Santiago de Compostela and Luanda, and the A-SALTO cycle curated from the Biennial Museum Collection. The exhibition features an International Contest and the ‘¿De qué casa eres?’ exhibition, which examines identity and belonging through works from various generations and institutions.

Additional activities include artistic residencies, academic research, international lecture cycles, and programs dedicated to performance and cinema.
