Spain municipalities announce diverse 2026 festival programs

Various municipalities across Spain are launching their 2026 summer and autumn festival programs, featuring a wide array of cultural, religious, and musical activities.

In Tarancón, the Fiestas y Feria Nuestra Señora de Riánsares will include over 120 activities, such as a concert by Tamara and a new concert pass for artists like Celtas Cortos and La Pegatina. Ponferrada is returning with its 39th Ciudad Mágica, offering 42 workshops for children, including a new session on artificial intelligence.

Other regional celebrations include the Festa de la Pansa in Benicolet, the Fira d’Agost in Xàtiva featuring theater and music, and the Feria de las Maravillas in Maro. Local traditions such as the renewal of ceremonial dance costumes in Vilafranca and the giant parades in Santa Ponça and Nules also highlight the diverse cultural landscape of these seasonal festivities.
