Vilagarcía theater offers tactile tours for visually impaired audiences

The theater company Chévere is offering tactile tours for the play ‘Ictus. Anatomía da derradeira leición de Castelao’, scheduled for October 2 at the Vilagarcía Auditorium. These tours allow individuals with visual impairments or deaf-blindness to explore the stage, props, and actors by touch to build a mental image before the performance.

The production is designed for broad accessibility, incorporating Spanish Sign Language (LSE) for deaf audiences and live audio description for those with visual or cognitive disabilities. The event is part of an autumn theatrical cycle organized by the City Council in collaboration with Agadic.
