Vilharia business complex opens in Ljubljana

The Vilharia business complex has officially opened near the main railway station in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Developed by the Slovakian real estate company Corwin, the 15-story building occupies 36,000 square meters of space, including 31,500 square meters of office area and 4,500 square meters of retail and service space on the ground floor.

Approximately 90 percent of the available space has already been leased. Key tenants include the insurance company Generali, SAP, the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER), Delavska hranilnica, and Leitner&Leitner. The building is expected to accommodate around 3,000 employees.

Designed by the Danish architectural firm Schmidt Hammer Lassen in collaboration with the Slovenian firm Elea iC, the project was built on a former gravel parking lot. The facility features over 500 parking spaces and a 2,000-square-meter rooftop area equipped with a green terrace, an urban apiary, and fitness space. The development is part of a broader transformation of the area surrounding the Ljubljana railway and bus stations.
