Villa Carlos Paz Spring Festival generates $6.6 billion in economic activity

The Fiesta de la Primavera in Villa Carlos Paz generated an estimated economic movement of $6,673 million, according to a report by the Centro Inteligente de Datos Turísticos (CIDT). The event attracted more than 120,000 people, with an average expenditure of $55,604 per person. The primary sectors benefiting from this activity included gastronomy, transportation, lodging, entertainment, and parking.

Regarding the event's financing, the total organizational cost was $617,243,759.83. Private sponsors contributed $128,245,957.83, leaving a net public investment of $488,997,802. The economic activity generated was reported to be more than 13 times the net public investment.

Approximately 66.1% of attendees were tourists, arriving from the Gran Córdoba area, the provincial interior, and other parts of the country. The event maintained a high satisfaction rate, with 92% of surveyed attendees reporting a positive experience and 95.3% rating the organization as good or very good. Security and health operations involved over 500 personnel and 40,000 coordinated work hours.
