Villa de Mazo celebrates festivities for Nuestra Señora de Coromoto

Villa de Mazo will host festivities in honor of Nuestra Señora de Coromoto from September 11 to 13. The event features a diverse program including religious, musical, sporting, and children's activities.

Key highlights of this year's celebration include the inaugural edition of the ‘Feria del Vino Virgen de Coromoto’ and the revival of the traditional ring race. Mayor Idafe Hernández praised the Asociación Virgen de Coromoto for their efforts in preserving local customs and thanked the La Palma Council and Sodepal for their support.

The musical lineup includes performances by La Parranda Seis y Media, Leonardo Lires, El Lagar, and Leyenda Joven. The festivities begin on Friday, September 11, with a Zumba fitness masterclass at the Andares Cultural Center.
