Villa de Pozos deploys security for patron saint festivities

The Municipal Civil Guard in Villa de Pozos is launching a special security operation to protect families during the patron saint festivities in honor of Saint Francis of Assisi. The operation includes surveillance, prevention, and vehicular control during six scheduled pilgrimages.

To ensure safety, authorities will implement partial street closures on routes including Julián de los Reyes, Saturnino Cedillo, Centenario, Galeana, and Villerías. Starting at 8:00 PM, total closures will be enforced in strategic areas of the municipal center to create a secure perimeter for participants and to manage safety during gunpowder displays.
