Villa de Pozos sees major infrastructure upgrades and new industrial parks

Over the past two years the newly created municipality of Villa de Pozos in the Mexican state of San Luis Potosí has undergone a rapid development push. Governor Ricardo Gallardo Cardona highlighted the construction of alternate roads, street rehabilitation, two new boulevards and the completion of a sewage‑pipeline system in the Los Silos area, which will support future linear parks for families. Social programmes such as “Tu Casa, Tu Apoyo” and new sports facilities have also been added, along with several new educational campuses.

The launch of World Trade Center 3 six months ago spurred further economic activity, and the government announced that two new industrial parks will soon begin operating, positioning Villa de Pozos as an emerging investment and job‑creation hub for the state.
