Villa delle Tortore reopens in Ponza after 15 years

Villa delle Tortore has reopened to the public in Ponza after 15 years of closure. The restoration of the historic complex was made possible through a 540,000 euro funding grant from the Lazio Region.

Inaugurated on August 23, the site is intended to serve as a social hub and a driver for local tourism. Mayor Francesco Ambrosino stated that the venue will host various events, demonstrations, and shows, providing a new communal space for both residents and visitors.
