Villa La Angostura implements new municipal housing demand registry

The Municipality of Villa La Angostura has begun implementing a Municipal Housing Demand Registry to better understand local needs regarding land access and housing. The initiative is led by the Secretariat of Habitat and Land Access and includes technical and scientific support from the Experimental Center for Economic Housing (CEVE), an entity associated with CONICET, and the Economic Housing Association (AVE).

The project aims to develop a specialized system to characterize and dimension the real housing demand in the locality. This includes surveying families who are currently renting to establish priorities and guide future housing policies through more precise data.
